You can't demand systemic change, greater distribution of wealth and the liberation of workers from the ownership class if you have a house. If you have a house then those things are not possible. Having a house invalidates your participation in a society and any critiques of the economy.
The reason the soviets lost is because they had houses. Having a house is active participation in capitalism. Houses did not exist before and they will not exist after. So the only reasonable way to be a socialist is to sell your house. Then make a little house out of the money and sell that. All the way down until you have nothing left and then you will be halfway on your way to being a socialist but not until you sell your phone.. let me explain.

True story: When I was a laborer I never thought to use the straps to pull my workboots on, I just jammed my foot in using my finger as a makeshift shoehorn... until I heard the phrase about bootstraps and learned they were the tabs on the back of work boots. I dunno I though they were vestigial there for the sake of it . So I thought, thats a good idea, it'll save me the mild finger discomfort. So I tried to pull them on using the bootstraps for the first time ever, and they snapped clean off.

I just didn't use them after the first time because it was more of a faffThe modern style of bootstraps are not attached correctly to actually be useful. They are supposed to be attached on the inside and stick out, so when you pull it pulls the boot more open instead of just changing the shape of the opening slightly.

You cannot be a socialist unless you move to a Native American reservation and displace a family. We claim to show solidarity with indigenous groups but how can you unless you are living in their neighbourhood and letting them use your possessions. We claim to hate cops but willingly live under them unless we move to reservations and cite Oliphant v. Suquamish every time tribal police try to arrest us for committing crimes against the tribe's private property. How can we claim to be environmentally sustainable unless we move to a reservation and live off their land's resources? Nobody can claim we're using iPhones to stan socialism if we move to areas with crushing poverty and work the few available jobs for wages too low to afford one.
