Who made it, why, who's Amber?
If I wanted to juke the number of replies I got, this is exactly the thread I'd make
Here I thought there was a massive discussion going on here and it's just the Amber bot
She was so often the subject of a rolling, low-level struggle session that the very mention of her became a meme.
Once upon a time, our hardworking posters would reply "Amber" to any mention of her, but now that job has been automated away.

Yet another example of the organic composition of capital shifting from variable capital to constant capital.
Early off-again-on-again co-host of chapo. She was controversial for heavily prioritizing "working class politics" over "identity politics". (Being very generous here because I don't recall the specific).
It's probably worth mentioning that as much as there's been struggle sessions about her stupidpol takes, there's also been a lot of people (moreso in the subreddit days) that were just weird about her for being a woman, as well as people making comments about her race. The whole thing where people started replying "Amber" to the posts that mentioned her was a way of mocking how often there was discourse about her (like I'm doing right now).
It's pretty important that we differentiate Marxist criticisms of liberal identity politics (which are valid) from class reductionist criticisms of intersectionality (which... not so much.) Amber's problem is that she keeps sliding along this scale into class reductionism.
Also yeah back during the subreddit days people were kinda weird about her.
Amber is the girl I had a crush on in third grade and everybody has been extremely weird about it for the last several decades. I hope this helps.
It was written by Bernie Bros who just couldn't handle having a woman on the Citations Needed podcast crew. It's a long story.
She is a woman, and she also has the most “controversial” takes, so people dump a lot of misplaced anger at her.
They are, which is why they're class traitors. They own no capital, but they sure as shit will protect it on behalf of the bourgeois.
Tho there is Stevan Seagal and Dog the Bounty Hunter, I guess.
Tho there is Stevan Seagal and Dog the Bounty Hunter, I guess.
Wait, what about those two?
Both have worked in law enforcement after becoming famous. Seagal had his own version of cops where they'd film him making arrests and whatnot. I think he was a producer, but I'm not sure.
Literally all the chapo were ragging on abolish the police while riding Matt Taibbi’s dick. But Amber is the one brought up.
I literally stopped listening to the podcast for a year after the George Floyd protests.
Cushbomb did not appear on Ep 463 Cancel Crisis and I can't remember if Felix did but I think it was just Will and Amber
You are correct, I just checked and it is just Will and Amber. I wish they had fricking transcripts.
never wrong, even when she's saying the most assheaded shit
