Kill one person with a bullet? MURDERER.

Kill thousands of people with bureaucracy? TOTALLY INNOCENT

This is one of those axioms you have to be aware of when arguing with libs. Their definition of violence is non-state-sanctioned, explicit and direct only. Everything else is simply not violence.

There were two “Acts of Terror,” if we would but remember it and consider it; the one wrought murder in hot passion, the other in heartless cold blood; the one lasted mere minutes, the other had lasted a hundred years; the one inflicted death upon one person, the other upon a hundred million; but our shudders are all for the “horrors” of the minor Terror, the momentary Terror, so to speak; whereas, what is the horror of swift death by the axe, compared with lifelong death from hunger, cold, insult, cruelty, and heart-break? What is swift death by lightning compared with death by slow fire at the stake? A city cemetery could contain the coffins filled by that brief Terror which we have all been so diligently taught to shiver at and mourn over; but all America could hardly contain the coffins filled by that older and real Terror—that unspeakably bitter and awful Terror which none of us has been taught to see in its vastness or pity as it deserves.

Hardly surprising. If the ghouls in charge were to face the consequences of their actions he'd be in just as much danger as any executive. I hope they try really, really hard to suppress this and end up Streisand effecting it to the point the US actually develops class consciousness.

He's stealing Vance's "people with kids are worth more" bit but because of the framing people will applaud him for it.

His kids have so much better chance of growing up to be normal people without a monster like that in their lives.

Have all reps in the US parroted a take like this or is fetterman's background as working class mean they think his opinion is supposed to resonate more with the poors?

I am out of the loop when it comes to his popularity. Isn't he widely considered a traitor by the left and a "ragin lib" by the right?

Long way of askin i guess but he's not even like a well-spoken statesman... So who thinks we care?

      He isn't even working class:

Eventually they moved to York, Pennsylvania, where Fetterman grew up and his father became a partner at an insurance firm. He grew up in an affluent suburb of York, and his parents were conservative Republicans.

Fetterman has said he had a privileged upbringing. He said he "sleepwalked" as a young adult while playing four years of football in college, intending eventually to take over ownership of his father's business.

Not sure how to say this without fedposting, but yes I would cheer for actual public executions of CEOs and U.S. senators, especially this one

Fetterman needs to fly his Iron Giant ass into a nuclear bomb so we can be rid of him
