I've been called reactionary for semi-supporting Labour's move to the right in the UK for the same reasons...and I have been and I am butttt...part of me also believes it might leave a vacuum that socialist and green parties can fill. If we have a weak left, a strong center and a weak right then I'll call that progress....somewhat reluctantly.
