I suspect that’s a feature, not a bug. Not that I think Epic or EA are funding these outrage slop farms, but there’s definitely a symbiotic thing going on where the outrage slop deflects legitimate criticism of the industry and creates attention to some games that probably wouldn’t be there otherwise.
