I once watched a talk some dude at a maker's fair did on how he created underwear to isolate the balls and keep them from sticking to things. It was kinda interesting.

I wear underwear that does that and tbh it rules. very comfy to not have the balls always sticking to the leg

Yeah, sorta like that, though I think this guy’s company was “Sheath” if I remember right.

Tuck sweat is so much worse than mere ball sweat I cannot wait for this shit to finally just all be removed

Tucking is the often daily task of many trans girls to remove a visible bulge, usually to help alleviate dysphoria but it can also be for safety (they also do it in drag, not sure which community came up with the term first). Not everyone does it, I respect my trans girl sisters who rock the girl buldge, but I do it every day. The noun form is just a tuck, a tuck is just when everything's all up in there. It can get pretty sweaty.

I don't do either, i just don't wear clothes were the bulge is too visible ... i love how a tuck looks on me, but it's just too uncomfortable to spend all day like that no matter what i try. So i'm stuck with wearing shorts over my leggins and looking like Luz from The Owl House until i get my surgery done, and i get mild panic every time i wear a loose skirt and there's strong wind coming straight from the front. It sucks.

Balls change how much they dangle to get closer/further from the body to regulate heat.

If you remove that option by tucking... yeah I sure bet that's sweaty.
