If you bomb a business district on Christmas morning, you're going for as little fatality as possible. Definitely done to be an attack on infrastructure.

Or just an attack for fear to force the government to put in more strict controls. Both the government and the fascists are known to do that sort of stuff.

If you’re the govt and want stricter controls, civilian casualties are a plus.

    Here's my list:

    1. 5G nutjob

    2. Boomer who finally had enough of the kids staring at their damn phones all the time

    3. Fed/False flag

    4. Disgruntled employee

    5. Comcast.

I always see 4 as more personal - like physically harming your superiors you felt wronged you or their personal property. An AT&T employee would know it’s just their old coworkers who have to clean up the mess and suffer any financial consequences from something like this.

        5 is totally unlikely

I know but I want to live in the Shadowrun universe because it's a less boring dystopia :angery:

So he probably blew up a telephone pole because it had some antennas on it?

5g psychos are right-wing enough to also want to start the race war, which means casualties are desirable... I also saw this reported as a data center, not an antenna, so... maybe based?

I mean, those folks are also dumb as rocks, so I wouldn’t be half shocked to see one shoot up a cell phone store in the name of saving us from 5G Chinese/Jewish mind control.

But following the 5G logic, they would want it to be clear that it's an attack on internet equipment, which can't happen if people die.

that sounds remarkably well-thought through for wingnuts, lol. I'm pretty sure they'd prefer to start the race war.

The uploader of the video on YouTube said that they were a friend of the owner of the bar that owned the security camera. The bar was an Irish themed bar, so that explains the Irish imagery in the videos. I don't think the bomber and the uploader are connected, so it's probably not an IRA thing. Unless the bar owner was targeting some competition across the street lmao.

Some say it's just some dumb anti 5G boomer or some other stuff, but no, most likely not. A few days ago, some nazi group was going to strike the power grid, and only were stopped because they fucking put it on facebook,

    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-12-22/fbi-white-supremacists-plotted-attack-on-us-power-grid?sref=qTppeEL3

That's just too likely to be an actual planned attack imo.
