Honestly, I hate wearing a mask. I hate how moist it gets, especially in winter, I hate that I can never fully feel the cold, fresh air on my face (I live in the city centre, wearing a mask is mandatory here).

But I still do it, simply because it’s not about me. And if it’s about not killing others, I can abide by that.

It’s 100% just infantile “le gubmint can’t tell me what to do, dats COMMINUSIM!!!”. Fucking moronic.

I just got off a 12 hour shift, well, 12 1/2 hours, plus the total commute time of 1 1/2 hours via train, that's about 14 hours today I spent masked up. It's really not that hard. Yeah, it sucks how moist they get in winter, I work outside, I understand. But it's really not that bad.

It's because it's a constant physical and visual reminder of the danger of the pandemic, and anti-maskers cannot psychologically cope with that. So they come up with reasons not to wear it and to believe that none of this is happening. Has nothing to do with the cloth itself and everything to do with the overwhelming terror that drives conservative thought.

100% agree. But it seems even more psychotic watching this video compared those showing your usual CHUD disregard for masks in gyms/stores, because these people are old and in a nursing or retirement home. Those facilities have massive risks of outbreaks, and a nearly 35% case fatality rate for Covid.

Great. Don't take it. See you in hell.

edit: Wait wait, Stacy Acrey is the nursing home's director of programming. That's staff filming it and publishing it against whatever public health order they have.

Here is how to make a report about Stacy Acrey and Raider Ranch, 6548 43rd St, Lubbock, TX.

    Waste of space.

Hopefully they die quickly and don't make it to the hospital.

It's weird, you know the weird sadness you get when you watch an old movie and realize that the good dog in it is definitely dead just based on how old the movie is? It feels like that, but not sad.
