Some "what would happen if every disappeared" show I watched 10+ years ago said all our monuments would crumble eventually but Mount Rushmore would stick around the longest because of some climate/composition combo. yeah it seems like an extremely boring attraction. Like driving all the way there and you spend, what, like 5 minutes looking at it? it's not like going to the grand canyon where you could literally spend weeks hiking around it and being in constant awe
