IMPORTANT SITE REMINDERS ARE LISTED AFTER THIS RANT (so please read all of it in order to find the rules >:3)

On this mega I shall take the opportunity to rant about one of my favorite things: the Webnovel UNJUST DEPTHS!

Do you love transgenders?

Do you love communism?

Do you love queer romance?

Do you love killing fascists in a giant fucking mech?

Would a plotline with all of these things happening in a underwater retro-futuristic gundam setting intrigue you?

Especially if its actually really well written with good characters, rich worldbuilding, and a marxist leninist transfem author?

All of the answers should be: YES I DO or else I WILL BAN YOU

Since you obviously love all of those things then Unjust Depths is perfect for YOU yes YOU! It is DESTINY

The Imbrian Ocean is at a time of severe instability. The monarch of the vast Empire that spans its unjust depths (:3) is sick and nearing death, every territory of the ocean now vying to carve their own Destiny out of the chaos. From the Volk fascists pigmask-off , Zionists hamas-base (they literally will not die why are they still here oh my god), The 'Anarchists' (social chauvanists) lenin-dont-laugh in Bosporus, and the monarchs gui-trans of each vast noble domain, each vies for power and prestige no matter who they crush underfoot, but it would be a pretty depressing story without a bright light in the dark.

On the edge of the Empire sits the glorious Union! The (Soviet) Union soviet-chad is a socialist federation of three states (and one anarchist mountain left-unity-4 )that were formerly slave colonies under the Imbrian Empire until they broke away in a fierce liberation war. They have spent the last 20 years since then building themselves up. Whether they be Human bridget-disco , Shimmi kbity-how (Catgirls who usually follow a religion closely related to modern Islam), and Kattaran transshork-happy (a hybrid humanoid species with characteristics of sea life ranging from sharks to cuttlefish)building socialism side by side.

First lead under the revolutionary leader Dashka Kansal, then the Idealist Ahwalia who lead the country to near ruin in pursuit of building a utopia on pillars of sand, then under the scientific socialist three-heads-thinking leadership of the Grand Marshall of the Union, Bhavani Jayanskar (I love Jayanskar so much shes basically as if Stalin, Lenin, and Zhukov were rolled into the same person but was a black lesbian badass who wore the uniform REALLY WELL)(she aint the main character at all tho shes only in very few scenes i just love her so much). Under Jayanskar, the Union has been growing their economy to both eliminate hunger and give everyone a home chad-stalin , but also growing their military capabilities for the inevitable return of the Empire. The Union is alone, but with the people by its side nothing, not even Destiny, can snuff out true freedoms light. specter

As war wages between the Empire and Republic (basically underwater USA) once more over the lands between them, the facade begins to finally crack...

And a border conflict between the Empire and Union escalate, and the dreaded reconquest begins.

Amidst this turmoil, lives our main characters (yes there are multiple and all of them are lovely). Each of whom I personally love dearly, and are very well characterized. Many are soldiers of the Union, some are scientists, some are divers (mech pilots), some are lost strands finding new meaning after joining this band of Brigands

All are Communists steban

All serve the Union USSR

All would gladly give their lives to defending socialism comrade-stoic

but even they would have little inkling of the adventure set in store for them as the lands beneath the waves erupt in fire, fury, and revolt

Can these transgender badasses kick fascist ass?

Can they kiss? (oh my god please kiss ISTG THERE IS SO MUCH SHIPPING AHHHH ITS GLORIOUS)

    dysphoria/body dysmorphia, fitness, hrt question

    tfw ass not big enough

I wanna start lifting and doing hella squats/lunges/prone leg curls/hip add+abduction but I strained a hip flexor awhile ago and it's still bugging me ooooooooooooooh

Also unsure if it's better to cut fat down to slim down my tummy then gain when I'm back on hrt or get back on e sooner than later and just see how stuff redistributes

Fat redistribution is a misnomer. Fat doesn't move around on the body. It just means that on e, fat will deposit in female patterns. Any fat you had before that will stay where it is. You can slim down before going back on hrt and/or do weight cycling (bouncing between calorie excess and deficit) while on hrt to gain girl fat and lose old fat. Also tummy fat is the slowest area to lose fat so don't get discouraged if it takes a long time to get rid of.

        hrt question

Thanks and wahh, so I'm gonna end up losing tiddy gains slimming down first... aubrey-cry-1

If you get to Tanner stage 3 and had to pause hrt, do you keep that type of fat distribution if you put weight back on after pausing, or do you have to start e again to have fat gains go to your breasts?

I'm pretty sure you need to have e for fat to go to your breasts. I don't think any volume you lose while off e is permanent though because you don't lose any breast tissue (the structure of your breast) so it should fill back up when you're on e again.

That said, you might wanna get back on e as soon as possible and do weight cycling if you're worried about losing any volume. Everyone's body is different so my experience might not apply to everyone, but when I lost a bunch of weight, very little was from my breasts so I think it's easier to keep the fat on your breasts when on e than otherwise.

I don't know where you live but if you're in the US, you might check out Planned Parenthood. They do sliding scale payments based on your income.

Dang, I was worried about that. Have weight to lose then and I haven't lost any in a while. That sucks. Better to know now then in a year though.

I thought normal metabolism burns random fat though. Normally (not losing weight and not changing hormones), you would just be regaining that fat as quickly as it is burned though an equilibrium. On HRT, you wouldn't replace that incidental fat burn, so even if you don't lose weight, I think you should be eventually lose fat in those places?

          spoiler

I used to drink a lot of alcohol and had an unhealthy diet. I had serious difficulty losing weight before and after hrt so I understand the struggle. I used to hate exercising and the results were too slow so would do it like for a week at most before giving up since who really wants to do something they hate when it seems like it's not doing anything?

What changed is that I ended up in working a physically demanding job loading heavy items on trucks. I didn't even last a year there but it was long enough to give me some muscle and suddenly make me crave exercise/being active. It also made weight loss easier as muscles will eat up excess calories. So something you could try is to do sports or get a physically demanding warehouse job or anything where you have an obligation to be active instead of making weight loss the goal itself.

cat-trans apologies for the goofy outburst, if your work could be your exercise too that'd be awesome. Jobs that keep you on your feet...

No need for apologies. There's def some pros to an active job but there's a reason I bailed after 9 months. I think they'd be much better in an socialist setting where workers are provided substantial breaks and PPE and they aren't pushed to sacrifice themselves for the sake of profit

Oh this is so fucking real. My workplace always yapped about PPE and plans for summer to reduce heat injury... but never actually did anything. Blue collar labour could be neat under socialism sicko-wistful

Active commuting and some forms of VR gaming are also good ways to get exercise (although gaming may be more inconsistent, unless you become like a beatsaber leaderboard grinder or something). I need to get back to exercising regularly again...

Being active can also make it harder to eat certain junk foods as you can tell the difference better when physically active.
