I think Twitch made a rule that you could only wear a bikini if you were in the appropriate setting, like in a pool

Damn that's horrible, who would even do this? What channels would post that content? I wouldn't believe it unless I saw the twitch url.

I... I honestly don't get it. There's like, legit Webcam porn sites. Why bother with this garbage? The allure makes zero sense to me. I'm barely 30 but I feel like a goddamn boomer looking at this shit.

Well, at least in worst Korea pornographic material is banned by law, that's why you see so many Korean booba streamers. But other than that I can't tell you why people watch this.

there's only one reason to prefer it over porn

if you're a child and can't access adult sites

          it's porn specifically for children

Also just fucking lie lmao. It's not like the website police are going to show up and take you to horny jail for clicking "Yes, I'm 18 or older" when you're not. I got away with it since I was 12. Not saying that was healthy or anything, but like, fuck, Twitch seems somehow worse? The parasocial aspect and clear targeting of kids seems predatory.

It's more likely visited by kids who have parental controls. Those systems know what "big tits sex vid" means but not what "AmpleBunnyTTV Just Chatting" means, and Twitch isn't going to be blacklisted nearly as often.

I've seen more skin shown at a public beach. Is it for the "sexy" outfits and paid roleplay? This is like... diet vanilla.

The porn site gets 100 viewers while twitch can get you 500. You would be an idiot to not use twitch.

Why are people so desperate to find porn on non-porn sites? I don't get it! Go to a nsfw website if you're too horny for game streams! Holy shit why have we built a world capable of this!?

I think it's the parasocial aspect of being able to chat and have the streamer reply to them. But then again cam sites let you do the same thing so idk.

It being on a non-porn site sanitizes it, you know what you're watching still but "at least im not on pornhub" or whatever, its a weird psychological effect.

Right? This is what I don't get. Like...porn is obviously insanely problematic and complicated but for chrisakes If you can get over the issues inherent to sex work under capitalism then just watch fucking porn! We are effectively post scarcity for crying out loud.

Well, this was a thing already:

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sex_Box

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sex_Box_(American_TV_series)

Several couples are brought into the studio, some of whom are experiencing relationship problems. The couple will enter a sound-proofed box on the stage, where they will have sexual intercourse. During this time the show's hosts will comment on sex, the couple, and the chances that the couple's relationship will survive. After a certain amount of time the couple exits the box and rejoins the hosts on stage, where they answer questions about themselves and their sex life, based on the theory that the couple will be more likely to be more open and honest in their answers after having intercourse.

So I imagine that there will be iterations of this concept in the future where the proverbial "box", whatever form it takes, becomes less and less opaque and soundproof. Reality TV and porn are finally going to reach a synthesis, a singularity.

ratings for the first episode showed that while 1.1 million viewers tuned into the show, this number dropped by 200,000 after the first 15 minutes.

Naked attraction is an interesting example because they people they pick are always average looking people with stretch marks and wrinkles and the like. It's not like the bachelor or other reality dating shows where everyone is a model. Instead the main person gives a general interest of what body types they're into -frequently featuring non-hetero people which is weird considering br*tain- and they see a crowd of regular folks. Not to say this show is good, it's absolute trash, but I used to get wine drunk and watch it with friends. It is without a doubt the least sexual program featuring full frontal nudity I have ever seen.

like... she's just sitting there in a bikini in a tub watching someone else play pokemon snap

edit: nvm the controller just came back into frame

edit2: i'm convinced the pool is a background and she's just on a stool in front of a green screen

edit3: yeah that's enough twitch for a while

edit4: eh there are worse things to do... playing games in a bikini in a climate controlled room, mods keep the worst creeps out of chat...

The one good reason i've been given by twitch friends is that it's more lucrative for cam girls to do horny baiting on twitch and risk eating a ban than actually do softcore porn on cam sites. There's a huge audience of horny dudes on twitch you can tap into.

I guess its more of a personal/para social thing. The person reading your donation chats out loud, referring to you, doing it live, having a community etc, creates a more "personal" relationship than just googling"Big booba" .

Yeah I don't really have any issue with what the girls are doing, except for it shouldn't be on Twitch. If you want to guess on the mentality of a horny dude is this analogy on Hasan's stream is probably the best: horny incel twitch viewers want a 'good girl' who doesn't cross into the boundary of real softcore porn.

Thing I don’t get is… why these horny dudes are into that kind of content. There is literal porn with all the tits and ass you could ever want to see mere seconds away. What is the motivation to spend hours of your time and hundreds of dollars of your money on something where you can’t even see the goods?

Parasocial relationships aside, allegedly a large portion (not necessarily a majority, mind) of viewers of this content are people living in countries where there are strict bans on pornography, so using Twitch hot tub streams is a way to get their jollies without having to risk catching fines and prison sentences.

Why look at that when porn exists? You don't have a parasocial relationship with the porn star.

I hate to be prudish about the internet but Twitch does not seem to support opting out of Horny Twitch. Most of my recommendations list is almost always mostly Just Chatting and it's frequently girls sitting in inflatable pools, even though I have indicated that I am not interested in Just Chatting. Allegedly twitch will ban girls in swimsuits if they are not in a pool.
