Non-white incels with debilitating internalized racism. I knew a Latino guy who was basically that way. He got into trouble for racially harassing these two black kids in his grade, which was ironic because his main victim was super pale (imagine Logic or Ice Spice) while he was really dark-skinned Chicano.
