No link because I found this image, went to look for a link, and discovered I blocked her a while back. I decided to view her tweets anyway, to find the link, because I am not a lib, but there was too much stupidity to trudge through. She's praising Bill Maher for liking the US, and comparing him favorably to "today's left." That's too much, man.
"Black people would prefer that white people use the n-word."
Fuckin lol
"Bourgeois faux patois neoliberalism" barely means anything; certainly not an explanation for why people might or might not use the N-word.
Mademoiselle, arrête, please.
Trueanon and the chapo to fash pipeline is the forefront of the red brown alliance
not saying the N word is denying your white identity
not saying the N word makes black folks anxious in anticipation of when you inevitably drop itI mean, technically somewhat correct. She's basically saying that mayos are unsalveagable, lol (which is obviously a good thing to her)
I mean she isn't wrong. It is obvious when you are a person that recreationally uses the n word and you just barely don't infront of black people. Thst doesn't mean it's bad. It means you are still bad
@black_mold_futures is Aimee Terese cnfirmd.
Edit: WAS Aimee Terese cnfirmd. rest in piss swet moldy pis
Honestly I couldn't understand any of their posts they could have been a complete fascist and I wouldn't have known
The real horseshoe theory is the further left/right you go the more completely incomprehensible you become.
Maybe because of all the recent retrospectives on black_mold_futures post-banning, but this tweet is giving off BMF vibes. Aimee = BMF???
it's woke to call a person of colour the n word. we've reached new levels of galaxy brain
I can't get over 'bourgeoisie faux patois neoliberalism'. I can see how they created that string of words, they meant to say bourgeois and not bourgeoisie. they were obviously thinking of the phrase faux pass and then knew patois was a black thing, even though it's just the name of a type language to do with black diaspora dialects, and then just added on neoliberal because leftists always call shit neoliberal like that means anything here. like I can see how this was constructed, but these words in this order do not mean anything.
this is what happens when you entire political education is learning buzzwords online
Not a linguist, but isn't patois distinctly a Jamaican/Carribean thing? Unless it has a broader definition as a word than I'm aware of.
I thought it meant any mixture of two languages. Like Spanglish.
I never knew it was culturally appropriated. I'll have to stop myself from using the word in the future.
it's typically used for Jamaican English yeah, but I've heard it used for other Caribbean islands with black diaspora populations and how English gets creolised
