this post is a great fem affirming routine! ive been using it, just been having problems maintaining a consistent gym schedule
edit: diet is important too! estrogen influences fat distribution, but fat doesn’t appear from nowhere. exercise and get enough calories from a well-balanced diet. coconut and avocados are great fat sources. get around 1.5 grams protein per kilo of body on days ur exercising (less than 1 g/kilo on rest days), and get 20-30 g of protein immediately after exercising. i use legumes and nuts for my protein, and i get plenty; my post workout is a pea protein powder shake. carbs give you lots of energy before ur workout

its lib aesthetic, they can't help being drawn in by our history. They then commercialize and whitewash us so they can use our history as a personality. Any real 'dangerous' parts are immediately branded "tankie" and left to rot.
