This is Allen Swinney, he is already very well known in the PNW. Last Saturday he was out shooting bear mace and paintballs at folks, and he was riding shotgun in the blue car driven by Skylor Jernigan, when Skylor shot two 9mm rounds of out the window as he left the parking garage. Very surprisingly, Skylor has actually been arrested and charged for that incident, which gives me a very small amount of hope that Allen will also be charged for the brandishing documented here.
