Recently, @Eugene_V_Dabs deleted all their posts & comments following the termination of their youtube account. This is only hours after their ukranian video was taken down after the guardian didnt want people watching some interview that would be inconvenient for the current narrative.
Frustration is understandable in the face of fascist propaganda, and it is 100% healthier to walk away from it than to engage in it. Still, I am going to miss watching their videos, which were a source of humor & light in a time of nonstop worldwide libel & propaganda.
I really hope this isn't the end, but I totally get it. Mr Dabs, thank you for your service :rat-salute:

@KermitTheFraud left me a message saying I had posted 212,000 words since November and 2 hours of video. In the face of that information, I felt that it was best for my health (and general opsec) to log off.
Perhaps in the coming days I will post an archival link of my videos.

This was actually why I messaged them originally. I thought a core group of posters could expand an operation like that and make it more sustainable and more able to be pointed at specific issues. For Reddit there’s metis search stuff that you can find. For Hexbear I pulled all of the comments via the api and just wrote my own word count function

I cannot overstate how unironically tragic it would be if they were all lost, that was top tier agitprop.
