Easily 65+ boomers. Look at the commercials they run, it's all shit about AARP, retirement benefits, mesothelioma claims, and shitty fast food ads like Applebee's. You can always tell what age range the channel is aiming for by the commercials.
If I remember correctly - the average MSNBC viewer is 68 and they watch 5+ hours a day.

The median age of Fox News and MSNBC viewers is 65, and that of CNN viewers is 60. Given that the key demographic for advertisers is 18 to 54, what is the future of cable news? - Quora
Yeah this tracks. Young people don't watch this slop.
I'm old enough to say "When I was young..." Ah. I shed a tear for myself. For young comrades I have simple but powerful advice: Don't get old.
I'm putting all my hope into zoomer comrades at this point.
That seems fair. I might be here in ~30 years. But it's very unlikely I'll be here in 40.
I'm trying my best not to. 🍻
Please try as hard you can. Getting old is no fun.
I know, my ribs are still sore from slipping on some ice a month ago. Managed to snowboard for the first time with no injuries then went back to the cabin and ate shit after getting plastered with my cousins
It's all fun and games until you get old and break your hip.
I probably would've cracked my head open if it werent for instincts from 25 years skating
My mom broke her hip about a year ago and she still has serious mobility issues. Part of that is her totally stopping doing her exercises after she could walk without a walker and mostly not leaving her room, but still.
