I should do more psychedelics. I dropped acid once and I honestly felt great even for a few months after the fact. I can’t take most antidepressants anyway. Allergic to Wellbutrin, horrific side effects from SSRIs/SSRNs due to severe over medication in the past

I've always thought of a good psychedelic trip as a shower for the psyche. It might not cure depression but it can certainly help a great deal, in my experiences.

any advice for finding someone who sells it? Don't have any friends, don't go to college, have no idea of where i can get it. I've tried everything including shock therapy, and have always looked at psychedelics as the last thing i can try.

With Mark Fisher's death, the thread of prophecy is severed. Restore a saved game to restore the weave of fate, or persist in the doomed world you have created.

Considering nuclear installations would probably require you to pass psychological tests, probably not. But you could simply lie, or become depressed suddenly. But firing a nuclear missile would take a dose of assholery that most depressed people don't have in themselves, they're just too self-aware, and aware of the state of the world, which is why they'd not try to cause more suffering. In my view at least.

The percentage of respondents who reported having seriously considered suicide in the 30 days before completing the survey (10.7%) was significantly higher among respondents aged 18–24 years (25.5%), minority racial/ethnic groups (Hispanic respondents [18.6%], non-Hispanic black [black] respondents [15.1%]), self-reported unpaid caregivers for adults (30.7%), and essential workers (21.7%).

Remember that 25% of people end up permanently damaged by COVID. The stats I've seen for it are like 90% white people, though that could be a function of internet preselection.

Libs do probably look at something like this and say “I’m going to VOTE so hard about this in November and so should everyone else!”

It's popped in my head, but imagining my friends and family devastated is what prevents me from doing it.

My son's kindergarten class went for a hike in the woods and found a suicide last fall. I was going to send a note to my representative about it. Fuck this country.

I'm not gonna say if you're thinking about it, you shouldn't because of stuff like life is precious or anything like that. I'll just say... offing yourself is the precise reaction that the capitalists want you to have. They would much, much rather you look at the upcoming climate collapse or the cruelties that await in the neo-feudalism stage of capitalism and decide it's not worth it to fight - which is the last thing they want you to do.

If you're going to delete yourself at least do some damage before you go through with it, right?

I'm considering it. I have a method picked out and I just can't see myself continuing to work in dead end factory jobs for the rest of my life on top of living with treatment resistant depression, generalized social phobia / avoidant personality disorder, and gender dysphoria. My life is a type of hell for sure and the world isn't going to improve and make things any easier for people like me.
