Renowned Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg has been removed from an area of the large coal mine protest in the village of Lützerath by German police. She had joined the demonstrations last week.

        Exactly. I was a socdem at best an enlightened centrist at worst when I was her age. (She is 20) there is still plenty of room for her to grow into an evil redfash tankie.

                Don't get your hopes up. She's going to be the next Malala Yousafzai. Can't blame her for it, if you're one of these 'young famous activist" types there are so many philanthropists, institutions, corporations and governments that are willing to buy you. Alternatively if you are one of these young activists you can't really work a normie or working class job since you'd be hounded by right-wingers, hence rulling out actually existing grass roots activism since by definition you can't do that as a job. In many ways she barely has a choice in the matter but to eventually sell out. Which is something I can't judge her for since if I could choose to never work a real job again in exchange for being a liberal mouth piece I'd def take that up

    She looks pleased with herself but it's because she knows the hellish future that awaits. sbecause in 15 years she knows her squad of comrades will be pinned down while provide covering fire while she deploys the hunter-killer drone swarm right into the flank of the Euronationalist Gendarme. she'll see the same black body armor and flash back to this day. only now they have the finest digital-electric firearms that are still shit compared to Chinese coilguns.

    she'll remember this moment briefly and crack the same smile as her drones crash through the rudimentary defenses and start popping through the skulls of the Gendarme.

    she's no longer famous. she's crawling through the dirt with the rest of the climate revolutionaries but she'll always remember that moment and...the mud wizard guy.
