It was bright white. It looked lower than 60,000 ft but what do I know. I definitely would have noticed it under normal circumstances and thought huh so that's what a weather balloon looks like.
lol there's absolutely zero chance. Balloons are extremely exotic and significant. That and that alone is the reason this became a significant story.
