I think the context of this title is that she thinks it's okay to say the ableist r-word slur. Her last video uploaded 1 day ago is about defending saying the r-word. It was hacker who hacked the US fly list (Maia Arson Crimew), who called Keffals out about this on twitter.
It makes no sense to defend this. It's a silly hill to die on. Don't say the r-word.

There are actually people who think like this out there. Knew a self-labeled queer woman that would routinely use the f-slur and get mad when called out on it with the defense that she's allowed to say it because she's queer. Some people just want to be edgy and get upset at the smallest pushback.

I clicked on it and watched for like 10 seconds and she's streaming some crafting game which is frequently interrupted by bouts of twitter browsing. Even disregarding that she's baiting people with a delicate topic, what do people get out of this

Being as much as he is against imperialism, and has done quite a bit of scholarship on it, I find it difficult to believe that he isn't an ML, but I've never seen him comment one way or the other. On the other hand, who care?
That was my yearly allotted amount of streamer drama I allowed myself to poison my brain with and it was extremely funny. The highlight was him watching her pull up his video (his response to her response to his response to her coming on stream and randomly yelling at him about telling some random anarcho-NATOist who was advocating for bombing iran to [verb] themselves) while playing Raft and seeing him immediately start the video by insulting streamers who react to videos while playing video games and seeing her face immediately go dead. Then she silently watched him splicing her calling him a tankie who uncritically supported the USSR together with his only video about the “holodomor” in which he goes to great lengths to say that the USSR dealt with the famines incorrectly and that a decent portion of the blame can be placed on the USSR and Stalin and then edited in a photo of her with a stalin statuette (based) and old messages from her where she uncritically supports the USSR. At the end she just says “yeah I lied, who gives a shit”.
(Yes I know this makes me internet poisoned but I like to occasionally indulge in a little bit of trashy “””political””” reality twitch TV as a treat)
