One of my in-laws is the worst kind of aging :freeze-gamer: .

He's the target audience for Youtubers that ramble about how everything is political these days. Many of his takes are chuddy but tepid, but one was very, very hot indeed.

If I recall correctly, it went almost verbatim like this:

:grillman: "My kids are mature for their age. They've watched Game of Thrones with me plenty of times. They're not thin-skinned snowflakes... but it should be against the law to show gay shit without warning me about it." :grill-broke:

He went on to describe in some detail some gaaay oral sex scene in Gambo or maybe it was some other :awooga: :libertarian-alert: :hypersus: that ostensibly a few preteen children are totally mature enough to watch with him, as long as there's none of that. :gayroller-2000:

While he was ranting, delaying the return to his car as I had been waiting for for the better part of an hour, his preteen kids were standing around him, one bored, one annoyed and outright asking "are you doing this again, daddy?" with a :lea-why: face that implied that he had made the near-exact same rant to someone else before during other offline opportunities.

Kids are totally mature enough for :awooga: :libertarian-alert: :hypersus: and it's some sort of badge of honor to play with Legos on the carpet during historically accurate hog feedings, as long as it isn't gaaaay. :what-the-hell:

On a milder homophobic tip and not so much "hot" as "extremely old" but I was chatting with a co-worker (26, m) about the physical perils of our job and trying to avoid getting back pain, and I mentioned that yoga is said to be good for that, and he replied enthusiastically and unprompted with "I've heard that...and it's not feminine at all!!"

Literally "fellas is it gay to stretch"

I just had a thought of how to maybe grift a bit with yoga.

All you gotta do is like really fucking ham up the Hindu nationalist machismo, say warriors of India have used yoga to prepare for war for thousands of years, change some of the position names to something manly. Maybe also sell some machismo supplements to make your brain as strong as your muscles will be if you do our warrior yoga program, etc.

It will still be "ethnic" though which is almost as big a no-no as something being feminine. If you really want to sell your grift you've got to make it whiter. Talk about how your totally-not-yoga was developed by cavemen/crusaders/vikings/cowboys and call the positions something stupid like "Bald Eagle Predator" or "Patriot Hammer Xtreme".

Pretty easy if you ask me.

So in India there's this ethnic group called the "Aryans" right? ....

As an aside, it was a revelation to me when I was told that lower back pain can be caused by basically having a weak “core” (like abdominal muscles). One great exercise is called a marching bridge and another is doing simple leg lifts or plank but you gotta squeeze your butt and tuck in your belly button!

Basically muscle pains can be caused by weak muscles especially interconnected weak and strong muscles that are “unbalanced,” so to speak.

Also your core goes all the way around! It's your back too! Deadlifts can help a lot

The "gay = feminine" :brainworms: are very old and very persistent.

I suppose those :galaxy-brain: never heard of those kind of bears. I bet such bears would scare them silly if they didn't educate them that it's quite possible to present as masculine, even macho, while being gaaay.
