Yes actually! I just signed up for my local gym again since I can't use the college one, did a good legs session. Using a Stairmaster is exhausting
I pulled a muscle again moving my weighted blanket around so that's kinda like working out, right? hashtag just long covid things

Got a 15k in today in preparation for our future long march to eastern Europe.
Listened to chapter 25 of Capital again during the run though. Read it twice now and listened twice. Despite me finding it super useful, I can't retain half of it.
Tomorrow is leg day and I will likely regret pushing myself on the run today, though.
I've been getting back into exercise. I used to be one of those crazy obsessive runners, but some severe running injuries and random medical bullshit over the years took me out of that.
Side note but I've regrettably been watching YouTube Shorts again and I keep getting these videos of this one woman flexing her buff arms to the tune of fucking "Cheri Cheri Lady" by Modern Talking. I don't know what her deal is, these shorts seem to only have minor differences between them, what am I even supposed to get out of them? "Goo goo ga ga woman have buff arms purdy"??
I honestly kinda shudder to imagine that those videos are probably going to be a lot of youngsters' first exposure to "Cheri Cheri Lady" if not to Modern Talking in general... Although tbf my own first exposure to "Cheri Cheri Lady" was literally a You're Under Arrest AMV, so I guess I don't have much room to judge.
Today? Not so far, but I'll probably go on a run. But lately I have been hitting the gym more often.

I did. Bench, deadlift, OHP, and rows today. I'm still rebuilding my strength foundation so I'm focusing heavily on form.
