Sick again. This is my life post COVID. Sick every 2 months.
Before COVID, I could go a year without getting sick.
Now, it's the same symptoms every time which I never had before COVID.
Things are overlapping in a really bad way right now, and I'm finding it difficult to handle. I really need a break. I need things to just go right for a little bit.

I upbear because I feel the same, I used to be able to breathe painlessly in the winter, now it's just sharp pains constantly due to the dry cold and I'm guessing my Asthma. My lungs just aren't what they used to be in general, I can't even run too much anymore without my lungs struggling despite the fact that I'm more physically fit now. COVID sucks
