I'll quit drinking in solidarity. I did it for like a week on a whim and then my entire state caught on fire and It was back to a 12 pack a day, but I want to give it another go. Let's do this, we can't give up and let the fascists win.
I do this every week pretty much and I hope it’s the last time.

The fact you want to stop, and are asking for encouragement to that end, means you're already in a good place mentally to handle it while understanding your own limits. Just remember that any lapses aren't failures as much as steps on the road and you'll be fine. We're all here for you at any point.

You don't have to decide to quit forever to not do it today. Every day you just make the decision whether or not you're going to do it that day.

Every time you're about to relapse just imagine that Uncle Ho is there and he needs you to stay sober so you can listen for incoming American armor and air support.

Also I don't think I am blowing up Brace's spot here. He's said on the podcast to message him if you want help getting sober (he didn't say it like that, but something similar).
