The ETR 600 is a class of trains built by Alstom, and are used on the routes between Roma-Bolzano and Roma-Trieste. The train tilts, using Pendolino technology, allowing higher speeds to be maintained through corners without causing discomfort to passengers. The trains are operated by Trenitalia, originally under the Frecciargento (Silver Arrow) branding used for trains capable of travelling between 250 km/h and 285 km/h, In 2022 they were rebranded under Frecciarossa (Red Arrow) after the Frecciargento branding was retired.

The ETR 600 has also been adapted for use in China as the China Railway CRH5 Hexie. Initially 60 sets were ordered, of which nine were manufactured by Alstom and 51 by CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles. Since, another 80 sets have been created for a total of 140, operating across China's north from Beijing to Ürümqi.

I love epilation. I'm so awful at shaving but epilating is my JAM i'm so goddamn smooth now everywhere and it's a euphoria machine.

Tried epilation and ended up with really bad ingrown hairs, switched to IPL and so far I'm really impressed, I've done 5 sessions (at home) and am basically hair free.

see I had the opposite; having to shave before using the IPL was giving me wicked ingrowns (plus I hate shaving) so I gave up after about 5 sessions and switched to the epilator!

How lovely that there's so many ways to be soft and smooth!!

I have only used two, a weird mechanical curved spring thing that i couldn't get to work and the Braun Silk-épil 9 which I absolutely adore. I have used it everywhere on my body except the groin and face. If you get one my #1 tip is to go slow my results improved dramatically when i went reeaalll slow!!!

Do they make ones for the face or is that just a bad idea?

          dysphoria/mental health

(I've spent hours and hours before doing my entire face with tweezers after a mental breakdown from a horrible shaving experience so pain isn't really an issue, I just want whatever's most effective to tie me over until I can get laser/electrolysis)

I was warned not to use it on my face by the people who suggested i try epilating.

The manual and what I can find on google suggest that it's completely fine you just have to be careful and test small patches.

I'm older and my skin is both thin and sensitive so i'm just going very slowly and while i feel safe proceeding for myself I don't want to encourage anyone else to do something that might not be right for them.

Having said all that if you want to experience maximum mirror neuron torture there are 'bad beard waxing' videos on youtube that made me want to cry for the recipients. I would like to get it waxed and then epilate after that but idk how you trust a wax person yet!

face is the whole reason i do it. my skin is a nightmare with shaving. there isn't a special face epilator afaik, i just use a normal epilator.

first time is the most painful, when i started again a couple months ago i tweezed it the first time and then doing it regularly isn't terribly painful.

no problem, i hope it works out for you

a friend of mine told me about an oil that you can put on after hair removal that stops it coming back over time, and i've ordered some, i'm really hoping that it works. it's called cyperus rotundus oil. i'll try and post in a few months if it works because i think ppl would find it v useful
