Remember, EM POC only!

I finally got my internet back. It took them fucking long enough. I guess this means that I'm finally away from all of the outages that Milton gave me.

I'm still overall pissed off about... everything else that made this hurricane suck, but I'll try to do positive vibes right now.

That aside, good day to all of my EM POC comrades!

i feel like every time racism is brought up on hexbear it's some arcane instance of it, almost as if the entire concept of racism is reduced to some trope.

I don't know, just don't feel like it's discussed in a real manner, i can't seem to relate most of the times the topic comes up

stressors, misery though I'm working on it somewhat and reaching out for help IRL

Is it a recurring migraine, an aneurysm, a nocebo, or the weight of racism and the collapsing empire, financial stressors and dysphoria/dysmorphia/depression?

    Hell if I know

having a crush on someone when you know it won’t work out is awful.

I relate, but it's a relief when you do eventually move on. A few months ago, I couldn't stop thinking about the coworker I mention in this comment, and now, I'm like "She's all cool and good, but we can't be together, and that's okay." She's not vegan, and I only date vegans, so oftentimes, I can just alleviate the pain of a crush I don't want if the person I'm crushing on is non-vegan. Reminding myself of their carnism will really turn me off with enough focus. She does seem like she has a "vegan heart," in that she gives off the vibe that she wouldn't be difficult to convince in theory, but yeah, you could never know for sure with this kind of stuff.
