For the longest time I would eat things in restaurants and think they hadn't rinsed the dishes fully after washing them. One day I ate it on its own and discovered the real reason.

Fun fact: cilantro tastes like cilantro for the same reason stink bugs smell like stink bugs
On its own it tastes like soap, but with a little acid (either from Tomatoes/Lime or LSD) it tastes good.
