I’m fully convinced at this point that libs would straight up support Hitler himself if he had that blue D by his name on the ballot.

Like, killing civilians overseas is one of the most indefensible things I could imagine. The man could cook a dem voter’s first-born child over a barbecue right in front of them, and they’d still find a way to blame Jill Stein.

Historically the Libs did supported Adolf and both Lib parties either formed a coalition government with Nazis or voted for the "Enabling Act" which was the first step in the overthrow of the Waimarer Republic.

I'm pretty sure that has been an ironic take by some Twitter libs at some points over the past year.

Those aren't even market rates for that thing happening to you in America, the gunshot wounds cost $5250 on average to treat here and death costs like $10000 iirc

Typical commie, twisting the facts again. That's just what a life is worth in Iraq. It's completely fairly adjusted to the life expectancy, the economic output of the country, and of course, exchange rates. If they want their lives to be worth more they all simply need to work a little harder. 🌐

Unironically the lib position, apparently. Kind of like how if you re-class all individuals that are male and over a certain age as enemy combatants, blowing them up is perfectly justifiable.

just for me, could you push "re class" together or put a hyphen in there? I read it as "how if you're class all individuals" and it hurt my brain

I would fucking love to know what absolute demon inside the WH had to calculate the exact amount that these victims would receive. It sounds like a neoliberals wet dream to be sitting half a world away and calculate exactly what it costs to murder an innocent.

Betting they did all the homework, adjusting to the economic output of the country (which the US had singlehandedly crippled even before the invasion), the life expectancy (which the US singlehandedly lowered), and of course the exchange rate at the time. Bet they were real proud of the research and the figures they came up with.

Wonder how many of the injured required chronic care that would blow through that pittance, assuming they could even access it? :amerikkka:

wow, $6000 as compensation for your family member getting blown to hell for the crime of trying to help some of the worlds most disadvantaged people.

    I take it all back.

So I assume that's $6k to, like, split amongst the family and everyone who might be sad this person got blown up?

Do libs know that starting wars of aggression is a warcrime? The bar for war criminal is easy to make for all presidents.
