In China, they force people to work in tiny cubes for nine hours a day and people spend their entire childhoods taking high stakes exams for the privilege of working jobs that afford them just enough money to live in tiny apartments in the big cities.

In China, enormous traffic jams clog major transit ways. The food is foul, the air is thick with smog, and the water is full of toxic chemicals.

In China, everyone must comply with the government for fear of the brutal police authorities who will throw you in jails that are indistinguishable from concentration camps. Only the very wealthy are allowed to travel from state to state. And the only wealthy people are ones with powerful government patrons.

In China, there is no freedom. Your Social Credit Score threatens everything you say and do. Your bosses spy on you constantly. You have no civil rights and you only exist to make things for other people.

I'm glad I don't live in China. I can't imagine why anyone would.

In communist China, abortion is being challenged and criminalized. Neighbors are encouraged to report each other, and teen pregnancies are encouraged by the elite. The Chinese courts even cite their enemies’ progressive abortion laws as a reason for why it must be criminalized.

      Hold on…

You can even agree that china bad, but then as soon as you ask them to solve a problem in your country that they claim is happening in china, they get upset and invoke whataaboutism.

Like gee, if you believe China is enslaving Muslims then maybe we should show them who’s superior by abolishing the 13th amendment and closing down Guantanamo Bay. It’s extremely easier and faster to do than confronting a nuclear superpower. No? What’s that? I’m a “tankie?” Because I want my country to be held to the same standards that you hold others? Ok.

I think a lot of leftist struggle sessions about/against anarchism come from rather valid dislike of "DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DOOOOOOOOOOO" unexamined ideology enjoyers that slap anarchy symbols on things and really do have a "no veggies on the table, no bedtimes" empty hedonism take on life.

Funny, my issues with anarchism have very little to do with that and more to do with how often I see anarchists voice support for NATO and American hegemony. Thankfully, the ones here on Hexbear don't have that problem.

If a self described "anarchist" stans for hegemony and NATO that's just an "anarcho" capitalist, where the latter word cancels the meaning of the former.

Ok how much do you see actual anarchists do this, like as a general rule people online are not to be taken seriously otherwise I could make a 'commies all are actually patsocs, gonzalites and whatever red guard bullshit' but I don't because I know that shit would be stupid, hell in real life I know a guy that calls himself a marxist/communist and is a full on NATO head, some people are just vibes based and will proclaim any ideology.

That's why anarchism isn't something you say you are it's something you do, and I know that not everyone can do praxis or direct action but ask an anarchist actually doing anarchism what they think of NATO and american hegemony.

      from my other post:

Ideologically I'm an anarchist. Which means that pragmatically I'm a communist. Which means that currently I'm a socialist.

It's mostly calling out boot-licking 'anarchists' that repeat ruling class propaganda and an-caps.

RATM certainly whacked the 'China bad' drum recently, so I read it as more of a point in that direction.
