That's got it backwards, only a person who is under 35 should be allowed to lead an entire country. Just get rid of term limits and require that you can't hold an executive position after your 40th birthday. What's the -ocracy name for a government by the young? Okay well I still stand by my program for youth government. On the one hand, the elderly have lots of experience. On the other hand, they aren't going to be around for much longer and don't have as much of a commitment to the results of their decisions.
