The whole thing is just theater, it's legitimately revolting. People talk about libs that treat politics as a sport, but the entire process of picking his VP has been the same attitude as who wins American Idol or something.

The less Biden discusses politics, the better chance he has of winning. Every time he opens his mouth he convinces potential Dem voters to stay home.

It was actually a lot more like The Bachelor. We even had to try out feigning polite friendliness after he rubbed our shoulders and sniffed our hair. But now I'm the one second in line to power, baby! Worth it!

Kamala joining the ticket is the perfect illustration of the Democrats "fail upward" model. Her campaign was GARBAGE and she still gets a promotion.

Proud of the father. He sounds like he has values, his heritage isn't just a box on his resume. Even if he's anti-drugs (though he isn't necessarily), I'd still vote for him over his daughter.

It's cool in general when friends or relatives of politicians shit on them. When being real matters more than access to power.

Okay, guess I can't keep putting off asking: what exactly is the khive?

I get that it's insufferable Kamala stans with word salad political philosophies, but do they have like, an origin story, central ethos, identifiable community?

I just joined an hour ago. I knew you nerds would start babbling some nonsense about how I'm "a cop" (I'm a prosecutor, thank you!), and I figured I'd come set the record straight before any new "memes" got out of hand. You miserable brats sank my whole campaign with that "copmala" bit!

Fortunately, my rightful username remained unclaimed by some "troll."

Pretty sure the name comes from the fact that Beyonce fans call themselves the hive (bey hive, get it? That's also the only context in which the K makes sense, because it rhymes with Bey but doesn't fit in the pun besides that)

If they win get ready for the fascists to use her as the new boogy-man "leftist authoritarian coming for your guns" and it's gonna drive even more radicalization on the right.

As a non-gun-owner, that sounds fair to me. Doesn't affect hunters or even the guys who have a simple handgun/rifle for self-defense - what do you need an "assault weapon" (however they define it) for? . $200 is unfair to poor people - but pretty much everything else is. Also, it'll likely get watered down before it gets passed anyway. Is there something I'm missing?

And if you're planning an 1848/Carbonari action, in Minecraft, then why do you care what the law is? Bury that shit for when the time comes.
