I don't stuff my testicles up in my inguinal canals, unless I'm planning in wearing the shortest shorts possible. It all just kinda gets stuffed under, I also use tucking panties so it keeps it all nice and secure enough for scrubs/jeans/skirts. That minimal tucking sucks and I do it for 12 hours in a row at work (people are not cool about girls with buldge when working with kids), I don't know how long I could do the full tight tuck. Probably a few hours. You probably need some tighter panties or tucking panties if you wanna keep your testicals up in there.
