Did you wanna try something like benadryl or gravol to push you over to sleep? It's not something you can do every night or even for any longer than a week and a half, but it can help get you to actually sleep tonight. Might make you drowsy tomorrow though. I listen to music or just a random video and that's usually enough for me to shut down, maybe that could work for you or just some white noise?
I took benadryl every night for like over a year of my life x.x
One of the number 1 drug choices of abuse among nurses (apparently), benadryl. And we like it by IV lol.
It's really not good for you to be on long term, apparently it's linked to dementia or alzheimers or something. But I dunno if it's worse than just, shift work.
Oh, great, one of my biggest fears
At least this was years ago. I was definitely living in a haze at that time
That might have been a good idea, I always forget about taking that kind of thing unless I'm sick. Wish there was something I could take long term, I already do take melatonin every night but obviously it doesn't work all the time. Love listening to music as I fall asleep.
