What are everyone’s Halloween plans? leslie-shining

I did my partying last week, dressed as Elvira Mistress of The Dark. Today i’m off work, so i’m visiting an old friend, gonna hit up a Sephora and use my gift card, and then see a Halloween parade. The veil is thin, ya’ll. anarchist-occult

When I first cracked my egg 2 years ago I wanted to wear a black and oink witch costume, but unfortunately I wasn't brave enough this year

I don't quite know, to be honest. Probably work on my schoolwork, the boring answer.

I'll bide my time until next years' Halloween. Then I'll unleash my true power spirit-bomb

I'm making food, having a few people over, and watching a couple of movies.

Oil change/vehicle inspection (done) and work.

We had a small party at my moms' place this past Saturday night for 3 birthday anniversaries (not on the actual day of any of them) and Halloween. Next year, we might make it 4 birthdays anniversaries celebrated at once since there's an expected birthday very soon.

      The veil is thin, ya’ll.

Is this a metaphor or are you actually wearing a think veil?

This is the first day i have had off in a while, thank god.

        the veil is thin

Traditionally in the western spiritual tradition this time of year is seen as the time where the ‘veil’ that separates the world of the living and the world of the spirits is thinnest at this time of year. You can see this in traditional Halloween/Samhain and Dia de los Muertos celebrations in this time of year.

Whether you believe or not, is a fun auspicious occasion. trans-heart

Work, I work the nightshift and I always work weekends and holidays. When I get home I want to watch a movie but I doubt I'll have the energy, always fried AF.

Me too lately. I have been really struggling with my disability of late, and today is my first free day in a while. Thankfully do not feel half dead, as well. lets-fucking-go

Hope you get some good rest!
