Their coint is essentially entirely Fascists, so I'm pretty sure they just did it. Heck, the guy could have been trying to leak on Zelenskys orders at this point.

I'm not saying he's under house arrest but...it doesn't look like he's not under house arrest right now. Being swapped between bunkers ever 4 hours is functionally the same
