Their brilliant plan they definitely didn’t just scramble together two weeks after a decision that was leaked a month earlier, 18 months after the justice they said would definitely overturn Roe was confirmed.

Sounds like they plan to codify the ability to receive abortion medication by mail after a telehealth appointment and to forbid states from punishing women who travel across state lines for an abortion. Will there be any consequences for a red state that refuses to comply and prosecutes anyway? Probably not? But it makes it seem like they're doing something, just my guess.

The White House said Biden will speak Friday morning “on protecting access to reproductive health care services,.” The actions he was expected to outline are intended to try to mitigate some potential penalties women seeking abortion may face after the ruling, but are limited in their ability to safeguard access to abortion nationwide. Biden is expected to formalize instructions to the Departments of Justice and Health and Human Services to push back on efforts to limit the ability of women to access federally approved abortion medication or to travel across state lines to access clinical abortion services. The people spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss Biden’s actions before they were officially announced.

Lol whatever he signs will do absolutely nothing, they are already using soft language to say "don't get your hopes up" and we don't even know what it is yet.

Mfer gonna write a strongly worded letter to the GOP, "now listen here Jack, I don't chew fat spitting facts so best be keeping off this abortion thing or I'm gonna wanna meet you in the congressional parking lot. Just ask Cornpop how that went down last time we met."

I like how Planned Parenthood keeps throwing galas and fancy parties for Clinton and Obama even though both failed to codify Roe when they had the votes.

Imagine the NRA throwing parties for republicans if they had lost the right to individually own firearms. There would be no parties, only riots.
