you know ive been considering getting a gun for a while, for normal purposes with no intention to ever shoot anyone. but now i feel like i shouldn't get one for a while, considering my recent comments regarding this incident combined with a firearm purchase would look REALLY bad to any bad-faith observers lmao

None of the witnesses who saw the shooter definitively ID’d Oswald or placed blame on him. Most of his coworkers’ testimonies suggest that they only saw him go upstairs alone during the motorcade, or leaving after JFK is shot. It seems a bit silly to have this complex conspiracy and not coerce or stage a single testimony that says with 100% conviction “yup I saw Mr. Oswald on top aiming his sniper rifle right down at the president” if your goal is to frame an innocent man

"If Trump wins its the end of US democracy"

    "He'll make himself a dictator"

    "Project 2025!!!!! Google it Jack!!!"

Dems using that propaganda AND doing absolutely nothing about it (not even having a plan to pay lip service to about it) AND Pudding Brain Joe saying he's not going anywhere - just he's going to do his goodest job and that's what really matters Jack. I can see where someone's brain could break in the wrong way to do this.

When Gabrielle Giffords was shot in Arizona, Democrats blamed it on Sarah Palin having targets on her flyers or something. Didn't Palin win a lawsuit about it, even?

The chuds are going to be insufferable about this.

Could very well have been .22 subsonic ammo. If the shooter had a 3D printed plastic gun, that would minimize the chance of it blowing up.

        • invalidusernamelol [he/him]

With the number of rounds fired, it probably wasn't 3D printed. I know a bunch of libs are saying staged, but this is definitely in line with the tactics of the far right. False flags and excuses for mass political violence are common. Especially with the new presidential immunity they want to use and know the Democrats won't touch because they're allergic to power.

The idea would be that he was never at risk, no one shot at him. He just had a squib in his hat, waited for the sound, then dropped to the floor.

If he was actually hit I don't think he'd be acting like that, so he's definitely either acting or the blood is from being grabbed by like 9 secret service guys and not a bullet.

Yeah, it would have to be something like the pro wrestling move of him applying blood to his own ear, which seems really unlikely. I think it's much more likely that somebody just missed by a hair.

It only matters because if it was a bullet, that fucker missed by only an inch. If it was by glass from nearby then they weren't that close to actually killing him
