    So my first estradiol vial is nearing on empty. Is there a point I should stop using it or do I keep going until I can't fill the needle at all any more?

    Also, it's kinda insane that the entire vial is just 400 mg of actual estradiol, that's such a tiny amount of anything to have such a huge physical (and mental) impact on me.

      You should stop using the vial if it has particulates in it or if the stopper is compromised. But ive never heard anything about the end of a vial being unfit for use or anything.

      It can expire but honestly it's fine to use the last few drops. It probably hasn't been compounded nearly long enough to actually expire and expiry dates a pretty conservative in the first place
