Elon make a new account dedicated to attacking the Brazilian judge who shut down Twitter and the first thing he did was doxx the accounts Brazil was asking to block

Fun fact Brazil made up the 3rd largest group of twitter users

People still think this man is a genius businessman, yet all he's done since buying twitter is lose money on it.

He's continuing to collect government money to continue filling his leaky companies, so maybe he's a genius at that.

90% sure he’s making lemons out of lemonade and trying to make it into a destabilizing / radicalizing hellhole for right propaganda

Doesn’t matter if it loses money if it helps you get people in office or the hogs frothing mad enough for revolution/violence

Seeing Brazilian streamers and the like who are usually apolitical freak the fuck out over this has been so weird. One being like "we are evil communists now". Like aim that shit at Musk not Lula or the courts. This is a real national security issue

also the reason why twitter was banned was because Musk didnt name a new legal representative after he fired the old one, and Brazil law demands all companies to have a legal representative which is a law pretty much all countries in the world also have.

Elon threw a temper tantrum and is now saying he is the victim

I still don't understand this. It seems like you'd want multiple lawyers on retainer in every country your company operates in so you don't get fucked by some random ass law. How incompetent are you that you not only rely on a single lawyer for an entire country, you also don't have their replacement selected before you even fire them?

the legal representative is just a spokeperson for the company that deals with any legal stuff, its like a diplomat in a way and its normal to have one backed by a legal team, Elon fired the old one so that he wouldnt recibe the legal demands of the supreme court in a way to try to own the justices, but the Main judge just gave the 24 hour ultimatum instead of playing games with elon

Musk, much like Trump, has never faced any adversity in his life. Not just getting what he wants is a new and terrifying experience.

People tend to go nuts when the treats are taken away and aren’t a good chunk of Brazilians adoring of the US? Of course they won’t criticize an example of a successful hard worker from there.

Well more confused politics. Other countries also have the people Felix spoke about who are 50% agreeing with Trump and 50% of the time agree with Tulsi or those old libs who want the CIA abolished but voted for Clinton

Idk it seems like people are just responding with anger at their treats being taken away. They don't care who is actually to blame, they will always side with whoever is technically holding the treats

Hopefully Brazilian leftists are explaining the billionaire is the one who took the treats away be breaking the law. The judge is just doing his job. If Elon wasn't so lazy he would make a phone call and take care of this.

I pretty sure these people he doxxed are really proud of themselves, because an amerikkkan billionaire "noticed" them and is "fighting for their freedom of speech".

    Fuck Twitter and fuck Elon.

the three first are what they look like, conservative, christian and patriot

the last one means that he is a Botafogo fan, that's a football team from Rio and I don't know how to judge what that says about him... I mean, it's just a football team, but who knows with these people, always making an identity out of whatever treats they consume

YMMV but my experience with Twitter tells me that people with football references in their profile are ten times more likely to be nasty people with nasty ideologies than the average Twitter user.

Football is good. You can tweet about football and be normal or even be based. But a Twitter account with someone wearing a football jersey is ten times more like to be a nazi account than other accounts.

IMO, it means nothing. We have Felipe Neto and Pedro Certezas (famous Brazilian influencers, Felipe being the one with most followers in the country), who are also fans of Botafogo, and defend a progressive agenda.

Elongated Muskrat strikes again lmao. I didn't know we were the 3rd largest group of Twitter users tho, I always thought we Brazilians were a lot smaller on there because Twitter is one of the least used platforms here.

It's cool seeing a lot of Brazilians, specially artists, migrating to Bluesky, at least there are good tools to deal with bullshit and bigotry there, I have yet to see something awful on that site.
