One year on. Hundreds of thousands are dying or dead, millions are displaced, the Middle East is undergoing its greatest changes in a generation, Iran has directly attacked Israel twice in one year, and Yemen has proven that the US Navy ain't worth shit. We are the closest we have been to nuclear war (discounting accidents) in decades, but also the fall of Israel.

Because one day, the prisoners of a concentration camp paraglided over a wall.

Israel-Palestine Conflict

If you have evidence of Israeli crimes and atrocities that you wish to preserve, there is a thread here in which to do so.

Sources on the fighting in Palestine against Israel. In general, CW for footage of battles, explosions, dead people, and so on:

UNRWA reports on Israel's destruction and siege of Gaza and the West Bank.

Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Examples of Ukrainian Nazis and fascists
Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict

Sources:

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map. Their youtube channel has substantially diminished in quality but the map is still useful.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent and very good journalist reporting in the warzone on the separatists' side.

Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.

Pro-Russian Telegram Channels:

Again, CW for anti-LGBT and racist, sexist, etc speech, as well as combat footage.

https://t.me/aleksandr_skif ~ DPR's former Defense Minister and Colonel in the DPR's forces. Russian language.
https://t.me/Slavyangrad ~ A few different pro-Russian people gather frequent content for this channel (~100 posts per day), some socialist, but all socially reactionary. If you can only tolerate using one Russian telegram channel, I would recommend this one.
https://t.me/s/levigodman ~ Does daily update posts.
https://t.me/patricklancasternewstoday ~ Patrick Lancaster's telegram channel.
https://t.me/gonzowarr ~ A big Russian commentator.
https://t.me/rybar ~ One of, if not the, biggest Russian telegram channels focussing on the war out there. Actually quite balanced, maybe even pessimistic about Russia. Produces interesting and useful maps.
https://t.me/epoddubny ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/boris_rozhin ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/mod_russia_en ~ Russian Ministry of Defense. Does daily, if rather bland updates on the number of Ukrainians killed, etc. The figures appear to be approximately accurate; if you want, reduce all numbers by 25% as a 'propaganda tax', if you don't believe them. Does not cover everything, for obvious reasons, and virtually never details Russian losses.
https://t.me/UkraineHumanRightsAbuses ~ Pro-Russian, documents abuses that Ukraine commits.

Pro-Ukraine Telegram Channels:

Almost every Western media outlet.
https://discord.gg/projectowl ~ Pro-Ukrainian OSINT Discord.
https://t.me/ice_inii ~ Alleged Ukrainian account with a rather cynical take on the entire thing.

Obama chastises "the brothers" for not being enthusiastic about top-cop. It's ummm HER turn!

    Article

FORMER PRESIDENT OBAMA: My understanding, based on reports I’m getting from campaigns and communities, is that we have not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all quarters of our neighborhoods and communities as we saw when I was running. I also want to say that that seems to be more pronounced with the brothers. So if you don't mind, just for a second, I'm going to speak to y'all and say that when you have a choice that is this clean.

On the one hand, you have somebody who grew up like you, knows you, went to college with you, understands the struggles and pain and joy that comes from those experience... You have someone who has consistently shown disregard, not just for the communities, but for you as a person And you are thinking about sitting out?

And you’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, I’ve got a problem with that. Because part of it makes me think— and I’m speaking to men directly— part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that

Women in our lives have been getting our backs this entire time... When we get in trouble and the system isn’t working for us, they’re the ones out there marching and protesting. And now, you’re thinking about sitting out or supporting somebody who has a history of denigrating you, because you think that’s a sign of strength, because that’s what being a man is? Putting women down? That’s not acceptable.

Harris made a career out of persecuting "the brothers" (fuck I hated typing that out) and throwing them in jail as California's top cop. Why should they support her? Obama talks about how Trump is "someone who has consistently shown disregard, not just for the communities, but for you as a person", but wouldn't that apply to Harris as well in her role in the racialised US police, prison and justice system? Someone had to prosecute all those prisoners at the end of the day, they didn't choose to go to jail themselves, and that someone was Harris. Seperating these men from their families and friends, from their wives and children. Breaking up those communities, destroying those people's lives.

Honestly the complete disregard that the Democratic party in the USA is showing towards POC men throughout this election cycle is just gross. It's almost as if they feel entitled to their votes because of the "but look at Trump" reasoning. As an outsider, it's no surprise a sizeable amount of Latinos are starting to vote Republican. If both parties start making up xenophobic conspiracy theories about immigrants, and deportations under Biden are the worst they've ever been, what's the point in voting for Democrats?

It's so fucking fake. He immediately drops the y'all to go back to a plural you in the middle of the sentence.

And the context of his spiel makes no sense to me because he was speaking in a room with Harris posters everywhere, so he's presumably speaking with a bunch of Harris campaigners, so I don't get the "tough talk" because they're already going to vote for her anyways.

Maybe, just maybe, if you want the Black vote, don't run with a cop.

(Also, is "brother" the politically correct substitute term for "n***a" now?)

He really gives Hillary a run for her money with the vile disregard he has for the very real concerns of voters. He gives white liberals warm fuzzies because he can criticize POC in ways they wouldn't be able to without being called out as racists.

And you’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, I’ve got a problem with that.

Saying this about legitimate concerns with Kamala's record right after talking about Trump's disregard for them is just peak hypocrisy. This is a man who has time and again come out and criticized black people for trying to voice their concerns over systemic issues whenever it inconveniences him or the Democratic Party. Fuck Obama.

Half expecting him to show up with a radio like that buscemi meme " how do you do fellow brothers". I remember how "the brothers " got shat on for not being enthusiastic enough about voting hillary in 2016 and somewhat blamed AFTER being her second biggest voting block. This despite Hillary's questionable history with black folks. Hell if I remember she said some racially insensitive shit about obama as well in her campaign. Dems are annoying as fuck

In 2008 her campaigning—at least her televised ads—didn't even try to hide the racism. It was pretty wild.

Yeah. I was thinking, in particular, of another ad she ran that went something like "Who do you want in charge of your...?" which was such a big fucking dogwhistle that Reagan's team would've been proud of it. I can't remember now exactly what it was about, but I sure remember the implication....

Democrats love framing the lack of enthusiasm for their bland sellout shtick as the fault of us citizens. It’s never the politicians’ own fault that people hate them or are indifferent. It’s black men’s fault. And they will be chastised until they act properly, like we dictate they ought to
