      I think it’s a matter of entitlement. They feel entitled to know everyone’s gender at a glance and make snap judgements about them as a result

              You just need to be patient with that, it's a marathon, not a sprint. I'm two years on HRT and i've gone from one poop per hour (which is around the male average) to once a day, as you'd expect of a teenage girl. A lot of cis women do not cease bowel movements until they're in their mid twenties (this is why a lot of gen x women refer to the 1980s as "the poo poo days").
