I've been looking for a new job for a while now. This covid shit has shown me that commuting to a physical place of work is a spook if the job you're working is a bullshit job. I have a bullshit job.
I've been applying for remote jobs for a few months and haven't had any luck. Keep getting the same rejection response of "we like your work but don't feel comfortable hiring you with no experience and/or no degree." Got tired of hearing this shit so I said fuck it, made up a bunch of fake shit, put a fake degree from some no name school on my resume and applied to more entry level jobs.
After a few interviews I got hired by some start up doing entry level work. The pay is a little more than I'm making now but it's fully remote which means I don't have to work at a goddamn grocery store anymore and can finally move out of this fucking place.
I can't fucking believe it.

My kid has been successfully going number 1 and 2 in the potty, and last night I had a dream where I took them to go potty and they are all happy and smiling and then the potty starts to overflow with poop; it starts to spread everywhere, and I am trying to stop it, and it reaches my feet. My kid is still happy and smiling just going number 2, but I'm insanely grossed out so then I start puking in the sink. So the kid is pooping nonstop, shit going everywhere, and I'm puking in the sink non-stop, and then I woke up.

I have dreams about dying pretty regularly, and my death is always a relief or something I'm excited about in the dream. Like I finally get to know what's beyond. I don't have any suicidal ideations so I have no idea why these dreams make me feel that way.
