Ummm, sweaty you forgot the 300 million people who will be part of the Virtual Inauguration hosted by Eminem* & Fortnite TM
*Note from our lawyers, it will in fact be a digital avatar of Eminem as the artist himself refused to return our calls
If you pre-order your tickets, you can get into the Zoom session hosted in the Totino's Fortnite Inauguration Room.
digital avatar of Eminem
still his likeness and needs permission from him
15k, in fact more troops than are in Iraq and Afghanistan will be patrolling DC.
But I can't see anything? It's just a photo of the capitol building with no people in it?!?!?!111
Guess you skipped out on the Antifa™️ Super™️ Soldier™️ ocular implant package.
I mean that much is a must, if only for the teargas. Imagine we wouldnt all get free helthcare from Soros, who would even go out harrassing local buisnesses anymore?
THIRD AMENDMENT MOTHERFUCKER
get them troops OUT the PEOPLES HOUSE
also a little weird there's a Kamehameha statue in there, right?
empires love nothing more than 'respect' for the people they
wiped outgenocidedYou're right, "wiped out" is totally the wrong word choice. It felt weird when I typed it. The indigenous people in the United States are still very much alive.
I figured you weren't being literal but I wouldn't want anyone reading to be mistaken
If I am remembering correctly each state got to choose and create 2 statues of important figures to be permanently placed in the capital.
So Kamehameha being there is much less imperialism display and more Hawaii going “fuck you remember our history” by forcing every tour to explain who he was.
yeah I ended up googling it, it's actually p cool. Like Kamehameha is a national hero but also the statue is a copy of a commission they did as an independent country.
was originally done by an italian though so its not all rainbows
also a little weird there’s a Kamehameha statue in there, right?
Why do all of these statues look so weird and out of place?
They probably had some issues measuring it all up using their freedom units™
But seriously, are they actually always there, or did they just quickly move these in there because of all the turmoil or something?
I looked up Kamehameha & he's a permanent fixture cause the statue base is super heavy. So they prolly all are.
remember when they tried to excuse not preparing for the CHUD riot by citing the bad optics of having soldiers on the steps of the capitol? yeah that was a week ago
Okay I can make my lame joke in here
Ahem here it comes...
To be honest, I don't see how adding a shit-ton more guns held by people of all sorts of political loyalties helps the situation. Sadat was iced surrounded by loyalist guns.
I think a lot of what we've been learning is that the ruling castes of the US Government are incredibly myopic and, possibly, deeply stupid. They're relying on umpteen fucking weekend warriors for their protection, which is umpteen thousand chances for some dude to slip a loaded magazine in to the bottom of his ruck and then take down his three least favorite congress critters.
When the mightiest military in the world (lol) does not have sleeping bags and benches for their military.
Personally I've always had the impression that the US military intentionally treats its rank and file soldiers like shit, I guess to enforce discipline or something.
Nah they just don't care. Soldiers are there to be used up and thrown away.
I knew this guy who had his whole budget worked out for when he was in the army but then he had to change that to allot for food (he had intended to just rely on the army chow) because he realized he did not want to live solely on fucking army chow.
During the Russian revolution of 1917 the soldiers who had harsh conditions created democratic councils without the officers and those who helped them.
There were a couple of people who wanted to just better the conditions, but after a bit most where agreeing to the unnecessary existence of the (aristocratic) officer corps with their privileges.
Those soldier councils would become an essential part of the revolutionary masses and defend the revolution against the reaction. It is to show if the current soldiers would at any point side with the masses against the bourgeoisie or shoot at who they consider below them. If they are experiencing needlessly harsh conditions that might be pointed out and used to radicalize a few of them. Not totally likely though and I don't know enough for any material analysis.
Iffy mask-wearing, not even an attempt to socially distance, building full of roving security and bad politicians and soon fascists spitting in each others' mouths.
Three weeks from now should be interesting.
I love Kamehameha in the corner standing there like "wtf are you dipshits doing now?"
Im sure there are a lot of lonely, hot, fit soldiers, that ... volcel police, volcel police, I surrender!
Blast out the red levels, jpeg it to hell and post it on reddit as a new photo of the Tiananmen Square Massacre
