Good thing or bad thing? That usually implies we're getting too much influence to ignore but also that there's going to be more repression.
The good news is China is winning the struggle against global capitalism and US hegemony. The bad news is you live in the US.
When I say 'we', I meant socialist ideas in general, although I have communicated with USians over the internet (if that counts as influence). I don't actually live in the US.
