Muddies the waters quite a bit... Allows for actual covert military units to operate without patches/insignia with anybody seeing them not really being sure if the person who only speaks American, with American mannerisms, and American stuff is some covert ghoul or some Yank doing an Adventurism in somebody else's back yard.
