So trans people having a higher incidence of Autism and mental disorders is legit right? My therapist gave me one of those eval questionnaires for OCD and apparently I do be obssessing (not so much compulsing, although she said it is still possible to have one and not the other)

There's a high correlation of being lgbt+ and being neurodiverse.

There are a lot of studies to corroborate the high stats including this one by University of Cambridge This covers autism but theres other studies that apply to ADHD and other neurodiverse people.

Yes, some of these things have some connections between them

From this literature review I already had open:

At the same time, the prevalence of ASC [autism spectrum conditions] in male and female transgender people is approximately 7–10 times than in the general population (23, 24). Furthermore, mediation analysis suggests that the non-heterosexuality of individuals with ASD is mediated by a higher incidence of gender dysphoria (20).

Not all compulsions are external, for ex. mentally reviewing past thoughts/actions, trying to avoid thinking certain thoughts, visualizing certain things in response to intrusive thoughts, etc. are all mental compulsions. "Pure O" is the common term for OCD with mental compulsions; it's not an official diagnosis but is pretty well-known in the OCD community.

I’ve got plenty of compulsions and I still can’t believe myself that I might have OCD :(. Probably pure o for you. Yes, we’re very neurodiverse.
