Most guys dont get off to vibrations? Or at least, none of the ones i grew up with ever said a thing about it ir actively expressed disbelief that women could orgasm from a vibrator (though this may have just been the cishetman (derogatory) thought process that every woman needs their penis in order to come).

No clue how common it is. Had a friend when I was a child who like to use controllers for some personal enjoyment and would sometimes intentionally do things in-game to cause it to vibrate.
Recently, another cis male I know online mentioned a magic wand was his favorite sex toy.

This was GC era. No wiimotes. I think there was a way in Digimon World 4 to get it to just continuously vibrate, but I forget
