Lol, maybe this can backfire and be used to prevent some rich asshole from trying to do stratospheric aerosol injection of sulfur. Probably not though. They'll use it to prevent windmills or something.

its not really a conspiracy theory though.. weather modification has been going on since before I was born.. hell i remember my dad telling me back in the 80s about how they seeded clouds using planes that sprayed silver iodide and other shit into the sky

also if you've ever been to columbus ohio you can pretty much see it happening.. the grid pattern of contrails that turn into a haze and then fully cloudy sky is something to behold

the grid pattern of contrails that turn into a haze and then fully cloudy sky is something to behold

That's not really a causal relationship, though. The conditions that allow contrails to appear are the same conditions that allow clouds to form. The presence of contrails predicts clouds, they don't really cause clouds. The clouds you're seeing would form with or without the contrails.

Fun science fact: In the case of silver iodide cloud seeding, it actually is a causal relationship. The silver iodide acts as a catalyst for the water in humid air and in other less visible clouds that contact the contrails. It causes the water to form droplets around the silver iodide particles and freeze, gaining the necessary mass to fall as rain or snow.

Making it rain with cloud seeding is not the same as total control over the weather, which is what chuds think happened with the recent hurricanes.

Cloud seeding is definitely a thing but it's expensive and not very effective and that's about the extent of what we can do

I saw on TikTok how they are protecting vineyards against hailstorms in Italy by firing cannons into the air. Allegedly the shockwave interferes with hailstone formation and prevents it from growing too large.

Yeah I'm pretty sure China has done some cloud seeding during droughts. I think I also read Amerikkka did cloud seeding during the Vietnam War.
