    National Bourgeois that dont hold the legislative or decision making power in China arent the primary contradiction China faces as it tries to built its socialist project, its a secondary one that was and is used to help resolve and navigate the primary contradictions.         Their companies absorb western/foreign capital from investors trying to get rich, and it keeps accumulation out in the open where it can be controlled and monitored instead of underground.

        There is less incentive to infiltrate the Communist party to get rich and destroy it from within when they can just go off into their islands or whatever, and in return Chinese national bourgeoisie are protected from competition by Western companies, i.e Baidu and Ali from Google and Facebook.
